Kampala, Uganda — Preparations are in high gear for a major political event in the Lango Subregion, following an announcement by Daudi Kabanda confirming that the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) will officially launch the endorsement of Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba Museveni for the 2031 presidential bid.
